Super Vi. .. .

This is a very useful piece of software. However, I have had problems with the BMT registration. They first forgot the attachment when sending me the registration information. Then, instead of sending me unlocked software, they sent me the original shareware files (that still had the delay when loading the file on boot).
I tried contacting again them but I NEVER got an answer. Of course they did not answer either when I asked them for a refund. I had been happy with BMT in the past but with SVD they really went over the limit for mistake acceptance...

my conclusion is: SVD is very useful, but pay attention to BMT. (and if you ever get the unlocked version, please tell me what I should do... I can certainly provide you with a copy from the registration email from BMT).

Hi Glenn

This is a technique that often gets a lazy salesperson/company off their bum and doing something:

Presuming you paid by card simply contact your card company and tell them you have not received the goods that you have paid for and ask them to retrieve the payment.

That usually prompts a lazy company into action ;-)

Regards

Pete

Pete: thanks for this piece of advice; I forgot I could have done that. However, I think it is now too late to do anything like that... I made this purchase last year (or even the year before)...
