Hi Phil

A simple "how to": Register the software and then contact support for help.

If, like me, you are currently "lacking in funds" and need to try to use the DFSee demo then I can only suggest that you read through the documentation - especially the recovery scenarios - and see if you can use the demo to good effect.

I must admit that having used the DFSee demo successfully several times over the past couple of years to recover partitions/volumes and also fat32 format a few drives I now feel obligated to purchase a Registration when funds permit.

Regards

Pete

Pete:       thanks for the response.  I purchased DFSee some time ago to retreive the NT signature from vist, that worked ok.  Will try the support route

Hi Phil,

let me strongly encourage you to go to the support forum for DFSee at yahoo groups (link is below).
That forum is really recommendable, since the folks (aside from Jan himself, who is also monitoring this on a permanent basis) are really, really savvy and moreover provide very fast and very good support - no matter if you are registered yet or not.
I guess you'll get all your answers in less than 1 day. :)
