Title: Pleasant ASUS P4P800VM install
Post by: Dave Palmer on 2009.10.05, 00:17:52
Hope  good news is appropriate.
Had to get off SOYO mobo - 2nd gb of memory wasn't detected and firewire miniDV wasn't working (XP project)

Primary Warp user and tad bit nervous about swapping out mobo and keeping HD with Warp, etc.

Warp  couldn't have gone easier - it booted first time and all I needed to do was swap to Realtek driver and everything worked (of course no miniDV firewire support)

XP?  A nightmare.  Required a install repair (2+ hours) plus fighting AGP software and sound - but miniDV did work.  Consumed most of a day resolving issues.

Just pleased as can be that Warp slipped in so easily -
