Hi Everyone,
Australia is currently having "The Great Australian Internet Blackout", or at least the websites
that think it matters enough to do so are :-)
See http://www.internetblackout.com.au/ (http://www.internetblackout.com.au/) for more information.
In the meantime, as I haven't cleaned the bomb shelter that hosts my server for almost 10 years, I though that now would be a good time to clean and re organise my accumulated junk, as well as do some serious spring cleaning, fill the rubbish bins up, strip and clean the server as well as check the fans etc.
So os2site.com is offline while I do all this, all you will see is a black screen BUT I will bring it up once I have finished, might even give it another coat of paint, the room, not the server.
I expect this to only take about a day, unless I drop something I shouldn't ;-)
Cheers

So did you? The site is still blacked out.
Hi Ivan,
It was blacked out for less than a day, then it became tranlucent until you clicked on the X re Aussie Internet Censorship. 2359Hrs Friday I removed the Aussie Censorship code from the site.
Try cleaning out your cache, if you still get a black page then chances are you have done something you shouldn't have :o)
Let me know if you still have problems.
Cheers
Hi Ian,
Just an observation. If I use my bookmark for your site [www.os2site.com/sw/index.html] I get a redirect to [www.internetblackout.com.au].
If I just use [www.os2site.com] I get in but root is still set to blackout.

Hi Ivan,
Still having problems ?
I've had something similiar to this before, like something between me and the world is caching my site.
Cheers
Hi Ian,
Just tried and it appears to be OK now.
just a WAG but it might be an odd DNS server that was slow to update.
