Title: Question about Firefox bookmarks
Post by: marcbryant on 2010.02.28, 02:36:41
I need to do some house cleaning. (Some of my old OS/2 links are now porno sites). I'd like to make a backup up copy in case I blow it.  What is the name of the file and where is it located?
Thanks!

You can backup and restore bookmarks from inside Firefox using the menu in the Organize Bookmarks dialog.

The actual file is places.sqlite, which you can edit directly using SQLite Browser.
