Title: TrueBASIC Bronze Edition for OS/2
Post by: DrMartinus on 2007.06.17, 13:54:01
The Original from the Inventors of BASIC, that's what it says on the cover of the manual.

1 floppy disk, 1 manual (224 pages). The disk is in good shape. The manual says "for Windows and Mac", but that's only the manual. The software works natively on OS/2, but it's not mentioned on the manual. Anyone interested, please contact me.

Hi,
cool; I'd be interested, I used to do a lot of BASIC in my childhood (who didn't?) and it's perfect for writing small tools. Sadly I could never find a good compiler running under OS/2 (VisualAge Basic is not an option). I would give it a try.
I'm located in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany but I would prefer a floppy image anyway if it's legal. Is the manual also available as a file on the floppy? You may destroy the actual floppy afterwards or whatever. I don't think I'd take it otherwise, yet alone the shipping fees....

Hi,

nice, but someone else contacted me earlier via email. Whatever the outcome of the negotiations is, I'll let you know here.
