Title: Kill application
Post by: jetiz06 on 2010.06.14, 19:36:19
Hello everbody!

I'm working with a pre-installied OS/2 Warp 3 system...

There is one problem:
At system startup an application is auto started and stucks during initializing! Soi s there a possibility to close (kill) this application with a key shortcut or is there something like a taskmanger in OS/2???

Hold down the "Shift" key when the WPS first starts to appear and keep it held down until the WPS is fully displayed.

That will stop any programs that are loading from the Start-Up folders.

OR

Remove the - PROGRAMS - from the statement below in your CONFIG.SYS

SET AUTOSTART=PROGRAMS,TASKLIST,FOLDERS,LAUNCHPAD
