Are the cost-efficient & laser-like quality of Kodak printers supported under eCS 2.0 GA?

Hi Terry
As eCS2.0GA contains the same printer drivers as the last IBM update provided I doubt if any will work with the Kodak printers.
I would suggest investigating eCUPS as a possible printer driver package but do not know if these Kodak printers are currently supported. I guess you could always ask on the eCUPS newsgroup news://news.gmane.org:119/gmane.org.netlabs.ecups.devel
The eCUPS homepage is http://svn.netlabs.org/ecups/wiki/CupsPort

cups.org does mention "KodakĀ® = lpd://address/ps" on its "Using Network Printers" webpage at http://cups.org/doc-1.4/network.html#TABLE1 (http://cups.org/doc-1.4/network.html#TABLE1).
Hi Terry
As cups 1.4.4 does not work for me I have no idea if the esp 3250/5250 printers are actually supported by this build of cups.
Looking here http://www.cups.org/ppd.php I did not find any drivers (ppd files) for the above printers though.
