Title: VPNC and VTun OS/2-eCS ports bounty ??
Post by: miturbide on 2007.08.13, 05:19:59

Mike (Warped) sent me a question some days ago.
He asked me if it will be a good idea to have a bounty for a port of these two network related tools.

So I will like to discuss the answer, what do you think ?

I guess I should chime in

I hope that someone can make a pass at these.  I'll be here to test.
Hoping this port is an easy one, though :)

I'm currently using a hardware client for my VPN access to work with my os/2 boxes.
I was able to tunnel into there with my Nokia 770 using ported EasyVPN software for that device.

The hardware client is nearing end of life. Very Much hoping that the EasyVPN client can be used.
I looked at the FX client but I didn't see Cisco support that I needed.

Thanks Martin for helping me carry this forward.
