Hi Sigurd
No chance of you swapping from flash to HTML5 (ogg or webm) is there?
It would give me a chance to view your videos then.
Regards
Pete
Hi Sigurd,
Looks good (watching part 1 now). Volume had a little reverb (distortion) which can be due to microphone proximity to speaker.

James
Ops, I see some programs from eComStation!

Ops, I see some programs from eComStation!
Hi Eugene,
there might be these two:
1. Lucide (a netlabs program)
2. Open Office 3.2 (just to demonstrate that even these Memory Monsters do run fluent with Warp 4 FP 15) for using a textprocessor I would allways recommend Papyrus, it uses only about 10MB and is much more fast and stable, it does not have any Memory nor Shared Memory Problems. But if you need up to date Word filter or Power Point support there might be no other way than using Open Office.
3. I may use others, but I do not realise it till now - please let me know the programs you mean - Thanks!
As far as I can see I can appease you:
To run OS/2 Warp 4 in Virtualbox 4.04 there are no files needed from MCP or ACP nor eComStation. It is running with the HPFS filesystem (NO bootable JFS needed), it does work with Firefox 4 and Thunderbird 3.15. There is no specialboot manager needed. The whole boot process is done by the via UPDCD included programm of Veith Kanngießer (Mem Disk).
Hi Sigurd
I will love if you can put more details on Warp 4 running as a Guest on VirtualBox on the OS2World.com WIki
http://www.os2world.com/wiki/index.php/VirtualBox_Guest
Now I got an VTX capable machine and I'm trying to tune up the virtual machine on Virtualbox.

Hi Pete
You can enable HTML5 in YouTube.
http://www.youtube.com/html5
You can test the site with Firefox 4.0 (test build) and the videos works fine.
...funny thing, if you right click the video and select "Save Video As..." you will get RickRolled.
Hi Martin
I thought I had already joined the youtube html5 trial - in fact I know I did.
However, I must admit that I have not played anything from youtube for a while and it seems that at some point during a Seamonkey upgrade I lost whatever (a cookie?) is required for youtube to know the browser is in the html5 trial.
Anyway, having rectified that by joining the html5 trial again Sigurds' videos now play nicely - Thank You, Sigurd :-)
And Thank You Martin for prompting the html5 check.
Regards
Pete
