Title: Wifi mouse?
Post by: miturbide on 2011.09.13, 19:53:41
It is the first time I see a WIFI mouse. Sure the are Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz wireless. But this one says it connects to the PC with the WIFi card directly.

HP Wifi Mouse (http://www.shopping.hp.com/product/computer/categories/mice_keyboards/1/accessories/LH571AA%2523ABA)
"...which connects using your computer's built-in Wi-Fi receiver."

Any experience with this kind of mouse on any platform?

I was reading more about it. It seems to use a Win7 virtual driver called "Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter", and it doesn't seems to be clone to other OSes yet.
