Very doubtful - drivers are for Windows only and there is no mention of Postscript.

As it uses a "Host Based Printing System" it may not be likely. But it is possible, if it is made by a manufacturer that either (a) has OS/2 drivers (like some of the Lexmarks still do) or (b) sends a certain type of raw data format that an existing OS/2 printer driver can output.
So, I'd agree with Pete's "No" without knowing more...
Would CUPS or eCUPS work with it?

CUPS might work with it, but the printer isnt listed. You'd probably have to know who actually makes it for Dell.
