Feedback appreciated - I didn't get much chance to give it a good workout. I have found that right mouse button on a image causes a crash - haven't debugged it yet though.
Hey Paul...
It seems to run OK - though I havent delved deeply into it yet. My next step is going to be trying to get Ghostscript working with it - it is installed, but Scribus doesn't recognize that as being the case. Will keep you posted.
Thanks again,
Robert
I think I got it to work by setting the path correctly to GhostScript. Im not sure though, Id have to check again.
Edit: Yeah, if you set the path to GS using the preferences menus on the next opening of Scribus it should load up fine with no warning about EPS/PDF. I did not get a crash when I had inserted an image into a blank page, rather I was able to manipulate the image and image frame for a while, and got a crash when I attempted to overlay a text frame above the image and right-click said text frame. I have the .XML crash dump if its needed.
