Title: os/2 Warp 3 connect error sys2102

When I start my os/2 machine I always get a pop up message saying: "sys2102 the net work has not Been started" and then i can't share files because of the error.  Does any body know how to fix this error..

It means that for some  reason your network has not started.  This could be any number of things:

-Network card driver incorrect or not starting up
-Using an out of date MPTS stack
-Trying to start the network without having MPTS installed
-somthing wrong with the config.sys or network setup/configuration.

Without knowing more specifics about your system, it is difficult to diagnose.
