Innstalling the RC5 onto my T60 worked as a charm no errors and issues at all with network drivers, etc which I have had earlier RC-releases. Only thing that missing out is currently the support for the audio - anyone aware if there is something on the way to solve this. I did install the system with ALSA-drivers; but no luck there.

Hi Kim,
as I remember there is a bug in RC 5 when you try to install the ALSA driver. I think I had to download it and install with "multimedia application install". If need of HD driver Paul S:s latest seems to work very well.

To be honest I'm not even sure if the ALSA-drivers support the audio chip in the T60; was a why guess actually since the UNIAUD does not support the system.

Wow... you guys are wonderful. I was just looking into finally retiring (or at least limiting the use of) my ancient TP600 and was considering a used T40 - then my brother suggested a T60, and I was thinking "well I dont have the time to test it with the latest eCS builds"
That was just last night...
Thanks gang! And Kim, please let us know if you have success with the audio.
