Title: Wrong class for Desktop
Post by: Raiko on 2010.02.28, 22:14:15
Had a system hang where the only solution was to power off. When I restarted, chkdsk found and corrected
some errors on the boot partition (HPFS), continued booting to the WPS and all icons/folders are missing.
eCenter is there and most of the widgets and program icons are there.
Ran Checkini and it reports that the Desktop class is WPFolder instead of WPDesktop.
Does anyone know a way to correct this?

All of a sudden EAUTIL came to my mind and it fixed the problem.
