Hi, everyone-
I've set up eCS 2 and it works nicely. The only part I'm having problems with is finding a good working IM client. I'm using SIM right now which works with ICQ and AIM, but not Yahoo. I tried Dr. Message, which will work with AIM but not ICQ. Is there a current and hopefully supported native IM client that will work with ICQ, AIM and Yahoo?
I use SIM too but I use just MSN. However, it seems like SIM supports yahoo also, at least yahoo is possible to choose in "connection manager". Otherwise Jeti/2 is a java jabber-client, which can use the protocols you mention: http://www.ehlertronic.de/software/jabber-xmpp.html .

What's wrong with Psi/2 0.10.1 that comes with eCS 2.x and is a native jabber client ?
Create an account with http://webclient.neko.im/ and add gateways for ICQ, MSN, AIM, and Yahoo.
For MSN use: Mercury 1.9.5 for OS/2 - MSN Messenger

SIM used to support Yahoo but Yahoo made a change and I am unsure if SIM has been rebuilt for OS/2 since then.
ICQ used to work with MrMessage, it used the same protocol as AIM but I think it changed as it no longer works with DrMessage.
I am using DrMessage, I connect multiple AIM instances, Gtalk, MSN, Yahoo, and Netlabs Jabber (used to connect to ICQ with it too but stopped working some months ago).
I have used jabber gateways in the past, I have found them _very_ unreliable here but YMMV.
I started to port Instantbird (uses libpurple as DrMessage and Pidgin do and xulrunner) but am currently stymied awaiting forthcoming (I am hopeful) updates to GCC.
hihi,
I use Vacuum, it's a Qt4 prog.
