You can look at General Network Utilities on http://ru.ecomstation.ru/projects/gnu/. They have some functionality needed for you.

1. You should check LANTRAN.LOG file (usually it is in x:\IBMCOM directory). This file shows the protocols assigned to LAN cards. If needed use MPTS to assign protocols. For instance, TCP/IP - for adapter 0, NETBEUI - for adapter 1.

2. Configure TCP/IP. You should select "Use interface" for LAN interface 0 and other parameters.

3. Configure LAN SERVER (or PEER). As far as I remember (I don't use neither LS nor PEER) you should correct file IBMLAN.INI and assign interface 1 for LS (PEER).

If it is not convenient for you, assign interface 0 for NETBEUI and interface 1 for TCP/IP in STEP 1 and configure TCP/IP to use interface 1 in STEP 2.
