Hi/2
with the 3.6x i see a strange thing also.
after update, FF don't start. (extract over the existing firefox dir)
Delete all, without firefox profil, plugins dirs and start.cmd's and
new update..
... don't start. no info in the vio or popup.
The way now..
Rename the FireFox dir ...  ak. aFirefox with the wps...
start Firefox.exe  ... now FF start fine...
Rename the dir back to the normal name  .. Firefox
run fine now :-)

btw. the same with the new Thunderbird  3.0x and 3.1
I think there is a trouble with the ea's on the archive.
hope that can help.

Hi/2
you are running java 1.4x ? Innotek or golden code?

Seems your java configuration is not ok.

Hi/2

you can look on my tipps and tricks to configure your java system. eventually use babelfish.

the call for a java executable is -jar
this from my page:

Installation run automatically using the Java Installer.
Download available from this page and "Open with" Java, or execute with doubleclick the jeti2-inst.jar -file or type the command javaw -jar jeti2-inst.jar or java -jar jeti2-inst.jar.

why don't use the jeti/2 support WDC?

But Jabber/XMPP is not a system to use Propietär IM Systems.
you can search for a server with open Transport (gateway) to the other systems (see jeti2.pdf)
