On my BioStar AMD Phenom MB the .0.3 multimac Realtek driver works fine, but the 0.4 version fails.  Not sure why, but it locks up and doesn't work.  I went back to .0.3 and it's fine. Just FYI.

Chuck McKinnis gave a great talk on this at WarpStock earlier this month and I think if you look at the WarpStock web site you can download the talk and get lots of help.  Also there was a Demo of eCS - OS/2 on a power mac.

I highly recommend the current CUPS system.  Using it I have been able to use a USB Canon iP4500 inkjet and my Konica Minolta 5430 DL laser with great results.  Neither had a specific OS/2 - eCS driver and neither used Post Script or HPL.  This is a great system for printers that need different drivers and we should all thank the guys and gals working on it.  And thanks to Pete Brown for the warpin archive install test.

Isn't that a SCSI device?  If so you need to have the SCSI drivers installed and then look for particular drivers for that device.  They may be in the program.  That's so old I don't have any good memories of that set up !!

I've had a Minolta 2350 for years and it runs great. Never a problem and it uses both PCL-6 and PS drivers that are readily available.  Heavy, but networked well and a joy to use.
