"Blu-ray and HD DVD Both Lose This Week, but You Win". Could this work with eCS? I know eCS has USB support but will it work with the HD-DVD and BluRay? Will RSJ CDWriter work with it?  ???

Dont you need a graphics card with HDCP support to playback HD-DVD and Blu-ray movies?

BigWarpGuy

I guess one would need it to play movies but is it necessary for using the hd-dvd and bluray for data/files?  ???

Saijin_Naib

No, I would hope not. What file-system do they use? UDF with Joliet I suppose?

Saijin_Naib

Also, Blu-ray and HD-DVD, or any HD content for that matter, is a bitch and a half to playback without any hardware support. Im guessing no WarpOverlay, no playback :\
