Yeah, that's exactly what I think too.
Never had to include any extra drivers during an eCS install but there must be some way of getting eCS Installer to add them - possibly in the CD pre-boot menu options.
Exact. But that can be hard to do unless you have a "real" floppy drive (which I -however- think there is in Saijin-Naib's case). A different (yet "cleaner") solution would be to modify the ISO of the install CD, however that again is a PITA as well.
The whole situation as described by Saijin_Naib makes me remember the side-effects that happened sometimes with modifying the 3 install floppies back in the Warp3/Warp4 days...

OK, now with 3 people all having the same suspicions... it might be time to check the drivers that are on your hard disk.
