I'm eagerly awaiting ACHI support. The desktop computer I make for sale is AHCI ready and I'd love particularly to see this cheap and fast hot-swap capability in eCS. Here is an article with technical background information.

As this thread is noticed by Serenity/Mensis people, and already spread to more than just Danis driver, there is one thing I want to point/ask to: improving USB drivers that they not use anymore slowest way of tranfer files, as I can see all other OS use maximum CPU utilisation and highest possible speed, and only OS/2/eCS use 'I can wait' philosophy. There is published hack (or patch?) to change this on certain driver releases, it should be given as option of choice for every eCS user.
