You could build your own, using the bootAble package from:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~hrbaan/bootAble/With a little imagination, and experimenting, you should be able to create something similar to the eCS live boot CD for yourself. I suggest starting with the WPI version, to avoid a huge learning curve. You do need an installed, and working, eCS 2.0 (pick one) system, to be able to build the boot CD (or DVD, if you prefer).
