Wikka screen size
« on: 2007.05.07, 05:29:51 »
I just saw Martin's wikka, but it is very narrow do to the menus to the left and right. Should the wikka pages open in the browser window like the forum pages?

I also like how Sean Dennis posted the short article that showed up on the home page.

Just to make sure when talking about the Wiki part, is it the one you can reach from the left column meny:

Well, I agree that the Wiki should have more space and I just have to figure out to make that happend, it's kind of narrow. All see what I can figure out here.

And I agree with you that the feature to highlight stories in the main index page is nice. When we post an article we can tell the system to post it as well on the main index page and for how long. So quite nice feature.

Yes, that is the link. However, overall the new site is great!

I've changed the overall way of how components are shown, so it's now only the main index page that has the narrow left and column column. By removing the right column this also frees up space of article view, links database and all other componets used.

I hope that this little change works out.
