Hmmm.. How about Tuniac1? Is that also not portable because of how the GUI is coded? I suppose that if he emails me back I could ask if he could use QT or wXwidgets, but aren't our versions very outdated and buggy?

bits

The GUI to Tuniac 1 isn't portable either.

Tuniac 2 is a stagnant project due to lack of interest from able developers to take on such a large project right now(I am not able). All current works are going to the established Tuniac 1 base.

The SQLite db MAY end up being used in Tuniac 1 eventually.

Tuniac 1 and 2 are both written in visual c++ and due to slackness uses loads of Windows code. While I think everyone envolved in Tuniac would be more than happy to give assistance in regards to how Tuniac works, I highly doubt anything will change over to become cross-platform compat. Noone really has a desire to move away from Windows GUI code.

For the sake of knowing Tuniac 1's db is simply a big fat array(oh yes what a great db).

Thanks bits :) Surprised you found me over here, haha. Well, If I could program, I would love to try and take a crack at getting Tuniac on OS/2. We really could use something of its caliber sooner or later. I can still enjoy it on windows though, so I am happy :D
