What is lsusb? I don't know that program, and it's not installed.
I attached the rmview report from usbxhcd.sys though.

No, SNAP cannot currently be used with UEFI. It's using Panorama.

DVI and HDMI are both working. I have no DisplayPort cables so I can't
test that one, but I assume it also works.

No, I'm not sure what driver it would use anyway.
By the way, I need to correct a couple of points.
First,

This is actually not true, there is a 3.5mm jack, I just didn't see it at
first. I plugged in speakers and sound works just fine. Please rewrite
the above as:
UniAUD works and system sounds play just fine. However, the MMPM volume
controls don't appear to have any effect on volume, probably due to mixer
channel configuration.

By the way, this is the VC66-C (not the original VC66). You have the
correct model number and picture, but you are linking to the wrong Asus
product page. The correct link is:
https://www.asus.com/Mini-PCs/VivoMini-VC66-C/
You can tell because the specification page should list the 8th-gen
(Coffee Lake) CPUs and not the 7th-gen ones.
(Ironically, my model does _not_ have the DVD drive, which the default
picture shows, so the picture you currently have on the page is actually
correct.)
