Comments:

S3, long a "big name" in the video chipset arena, appears to be branching out into the audio chipset market. Their first entry is a PCI product which, as near as I can tell, has no OS/2 drivers. I did see one claim that OS/2 drivers were available, but I've been unable to confirm this, and as of late December, 1997, the S3 web site makes no mention of OS/2 in relation to this audio chipset.
