TRK format is produced by the [[RSJ CDWriter]] software. The only difference between a TRK file and a ISO file is that the TRK file has 40-byte header at the beginning of the file that contains specific [[RSJ CDWriter]] information.

This command line tool transforms CD images in TRK format to ISO.
