KeyMaster Pro (KMP) is a simple yet very useful "hot keying" utility. In plain english, KMP allows you to launch your favorite applications and utilities using a key combination, from anywhere in the system (except for full-screen sessions).  The key combinations supported are almost all sequences of the type <ctrl><shift><key> where key is any key (or almost see section 3.5).
