Banner is an OS/2 PM utility to draw phrases in big letters, using asterisks. Banner is intended to be used by anyone who wants to liven up any text. It is inspired by the Unix banner command. Command-line OS/2 and DOS versions are also provided, as well as a Windows 3.1 port.
