"Audio Recorder" is a command line audio playing and recording tool. It has two executable files, replay.exe and record.exe

You can record a wav file by running:

record /a1 /b16 /c1 /f44100
/a1
sets the adapter to Ampmix01. The number depends on the order of devices listed on "Multimedia Setup".
/b16
sets the number of bits to 16.
/c1
sets the number of channels to 1.
/f44100
sets the frequency to 44100.

Examples

If you want to record from your USB audio device and it is the second audio drive recognized on "Multimedia Setup", you can set /a2 like:

record /a2 /b16 /c1 /f44100
