Ted has 10 years of application and operating systems development for real-time super mini-computers with strong emphasis on CPU scheduling. He is the sole owner of the OS/2 2.0, 2.1 and SMP 2.11 schedulers. Ted is the author or co-author of 5 US software patents and internationally published articles. Ted is also the president of ScheduPerformace, Inc. [1], which markets the Priority Master II OS/2 applications.
