This stuffed elephant seems to be some marketing material to promote OS/2 from IBM.
This Elephant was obtained as a donation from a Team OS/2 member in Europe and given to Roderick Klein to be give away at Warpstock Europe 2017 on a contest. Martin Iturbide won the contest and choose the Elephant (between it and a OS/2 jacket) and it was sent to Ecuador. It took 5 months to get into Martin's hand because the Ecuadorian state mail was in crisis and was not able to find some packages.
