This file is located on "x:\mptn\etc\" (where x: is your OS/2 local drive).

If you do not have this file, you can create one with "inetcfg -g all" from the command line. Then place the line "inetcfg -s all" (minus the quotes) in your x:\mptn\bin\setup.cmd file.
