HelpDesk (or HelpDesk for OS/2) is a remote connection tool for OS/2 Warp, eComStation and ArcaOS.
It works by running "newClient.exe" and creating a "HELPDESK.EXE" file that needs to be sent and run on the machine that is going to be controlled. After that the controller machine runs "runHelpDesk.cmd" to take control of that machine.
