Ian Ameline is a Senior Software Engineer at Alias Research, working on high performance 2D & 3D graphics software using OpenGL and OpenInventor on SGI Reality Engines. Previously, Ian worked on the OS/2 Common Code Generator and Optimizer for over five years. Ian has been responsible for a significant part of the design and implementation of the IBM C Set++ optimizing code generator. An expert in Computer Graphics, Image Processing, Compiler Optimization, and User Interface design, Ian has over 12 years of experience programming in C, C++ and Assembler for OS/2, DOS, and UNIX.
