- SDK (Standard Edition) . The version supplied with the MS OS/2 SDK .
- OEM (Standard Edition) . Version licensed from third party computer vendors.
- Retail (Standard Edition) . The version for ordinary users, sold at retail.
- Retail (Server) . Retail enterprise network version. Additionally includes LAN Manager 2.1 .
Note: Microsoft OS/2 version branding does not use the Standard Edition designation. All known versions of MS OS/2 (except server ones) are functionally standard editions .
