- Manufacturer: KBA
- Model: Rapida 74
- Description: Offset printer.
There was a reported that this machine model worked with IBM OS/2 Warp 4.5. The computer with OS/2 uses an ARCNET to communicate with the offset printer. There was also reported that a PCI ARCNET card will work with Warp 4.5 for the industrial device to work.
CONFIG.SYS Comments
For what it is known, it seems that this machines runs a program called DATBAS.EXE. It even changed the SET RUNWORKPLACE to run this application and don't even display the OS/2 desktop.
SET RUNWORKPLACE=C:\DATBAS\SERVER\DATBAS.EXE
