HTML-Ed is a small, fast HTML editor for OS/2 that features a built-in Web browser. It is written completely in C, which makes HTML-Ed fast and small.
HTML-Ed was designed to be easily and quickly used with only the keyboard. It supports all the common HTML 2.0 tags as well as selected HTML 3.0 tags.
