As screen resolutions increase and also my age, I started to experience that the default font size of ArcaOS does not fit my needs on HD resolutions and higher. This is why I want to have my personal notes here on how I tweak the desktop configuration to obtain a font size that fit my needs.
Font Size Preference
XWorkplace since version 1.0.16 includes a new feature that allows you to increase the default size of the desktop font. Now if you right click on the desktop and select "Properties" will see on the first tab "Text Size".
This is very useful for the user which size is the one that makes you feel confortable by using the "Test" button. After a reboot, all the applications that adhere to the common OS/2 font size properties will look with the select font size, saving the user a lot of time of configuring application by application.
