The WARPedBMP utility is used to change the WPS OS/2 DeskTop Background each time that the computer system is started or rebooted or at any time if using OS/2 Warp and to store the BitMaps to be used in a compressed archive file to save disk space. This change is done without manipulating the WPS settings or making any changes to the OS2.INI or OS2SYS.INI files. The archive contaning the BitMaps can be placed on any fixed drive on the system, it does not have to be on the OS2 default drive.
