The Exotic Spectrum Usage Identification (ESUI) is fr studying nervous system affect by sub audible range from commercial television.
For this project he is using ArcaOS with Spectogram (by Richard Horne) version 4.1.7 running under Odin.
Jason Scott Page is the sole investigator, although he got help from Morris who holds a Ph.D in Informatics as well as from an engineer that has worked for the DoD on satellite modules.
