This is a QuaTech 8 port serial card branded by HP. It's full name is "HP Quatech RoHS 8-port RS-232 Serial 830-3105-00F-G PCI Card with Low Profile Bracket 9052-07092"
Adding the ESCLP-100 model driver in CONFIG.SYS works. The CONFIG.SYS line reads:
DEVICE=c:\os2\boot\qcom.sys (ESCLP-100,2) /L
There is a special connector on the card which connects to an octopus type cable assembly with the DB9 connectors at the end. This is a half-height card.
Doug has tested it under ArcaOS 5.1 with modern hardware with a PCIe slot using a "StarTech.com PCI Express to PCI Adapter Card".
