On ArcaOS 5.0.1 I found a problem while booting.
The system will freeze/lock on:
IFX is examining and cleaning your INI files...
I was given a recommendation to press the "Shift" key at startup just before IFX.EXE runs on boot.
It will give you some recovery options for older archives like this one.
After selecting the backup, the PM desktop shows up and recovered the archive.
After some seconds I was back working on ArcaOS's desktop.
