Booting Warp 4 installer in VirtualBox

I've created some ISO images of the first three disks in the folder \DISKIMGS\OS2\35 on my Warp 4 install CD.

In VirtualBox, I can boot from disk 0, and the installer proceeds to read disk 1.  However, once it gets to disk2, it seems to trap an exception.

This happens when disk2 is created from either my Warp 4 CD, or the Warp4 ISO I downloaded somewhere online.

Am I doing something wrong ? I understood that Warp4 was installable in VirtualBox.

Warp 4 works, however there are some differences vis a vis an eCS installation.

Turn nested paging off

Download updates to the three install diskettes, either individually or one of the already made packages available on the net.
You may need to update the files on the disk image again after initial install as the installer sometimes places outdated files from the CD rather than updated files from the diskette.
Edit: Placing "copyfromfloppy=1" on the end of the config.sys file on the floppy should take care of that.

Do not create a virtual machine that is "too big", i.e. memory should be no more than 512mb and disk image no more than 4GB, after you have installed the system updates to FP14/15 you can increase the memory and disk size allocation.

For what reason? Simply use the images from the CD or copy them (DISK0.DSK, DISK1_CD.DSK, DISK2_DSK) to your local drive. The disk images should contain a FAT and not an ISO structure. You can rename them to an IMG file name extension to make VirtualBox GUI happy.
