Thanks Dave.

I think the reorganization looks pretty good now.
On this latest weeks I had been putting some efforts to compare ecsoft2.org with the software in hobbes, and verify that Hobbes has the latest versions.

I agree he has done a good job I can now finnd some of my old OS/2 apps by searching although they lock up ARCA OS 5.08. Not his problem or doing.

Thanks Guy.

I appreciate good feedback since these days I need all moral support I can get  ;D

OS2World is 23 years old, yesterday I turned 45 and I found out that I had been involved on this site for a little more more than half of my life now, and it remains being fun.

Thanks to all of you for being part of OS2World.

Happy belated Birthday, and thanks for all you've done for the platform. Without a site like OS2World, things would be much worse.

I found a typo, see: http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/?search=LXExe

"Formtat" instead of "Format".

Hello.

I'm not sure why I can not run/unpack this DOS file:
https://hobbes.nmsu.edu/download/pub/os2/system/drivers/modem/lucent.exe

It just kills the DOS session, I'm guessing it is a package file, but I'm not completely sure.

Hi Martin,

did you try with DOSBox? Maybe the unpacker uses something too low level for the DOS session to allow it (just guessing though, it really should give you some error message. Too long since I used DOS sessions on OS/2).

Hello

I just tried DOSBox and the lucent.exe file just hangs there when I run it. Maybe the file is broken.

Have you tried 'unzip lucent.exe' ?
Often a lot of self extracting archives can be unlzh, unzipped etc.
Cheers

Nope, it didn't work with several tools I tried. I think it may be corrupted, but it will be nice to have other parties confirm that.
