I have created a new theme called smoked.  It is different from the other folders I have done.  It is liked smoked glass.  The Warpin install now included a preview picture. Warpin now corrects the definition file during installation and deinstallation.

I have also revised the basicblk theme.  Modified a few of the icons and reworked the installation and deinstallation.  BE SURE AND UNINSTALL THE PREVIOUS VERSION BEFORE UPDATING TO THIS VERSION.

Gray folders are pretty slick :)
My favorite so far.

David,

This new theme really looks excellent! I'd like to see this included in eCS, like the basic folder themes.

Good to see that you could make use of my changes to the installation.  :)

Hi Christian

The open and closed folder icons are based on a picture of some Linux png's.  I took the pic and cut, resized, modified and corrected the result to look good under eCS.  The unmodified icons would have looked like crap under eCS.  The original color did not appeal to me either.  Thus I changed it to a grey color. In fact, with the template now created, I could do various colors for this design if I felt people wanted this.

Thanks for the changes!  I had to modify the wis scipt to point to the themes.lst for you cmds to work as you intended.  Thus, I had to experiment until I found something that worked.  However, now that I have what works, any future releases will not be that hard to modify.  If time permits, I plan to go back and update the installation script on other themes.  However, I am in no hurry to do this.

I think that eCS GA should have all of your themes installed in the iThemes package, and that they should be listed in the eComStation Maintenance tool. We need a nice package manager type system or something.

Here are a couple of other colors I am considering doing.

I just uploaded the revised basicred icon theme to Hobbes incoming.  Please uninstall the previous version before install version 1.0.1.  Once installed, this version contains the revised install and deinstall scripts.

Thanks

I just uploaded to Hobbes incoming a theme called brn_tint.  The folders are based on the smoked folder design with the folders having a brown tint instead of grey.

Enjoy,

David

I have revised the basicgrn icon theme.  I modified some of the icons and along with better installation and deinstallation of the theme.  PLEASE UNINSTALL VERSION 1.0.0 FIRST BEFORE INSTALLING THIS VERSION.  I CHANGED THE WAY THE THEME IS LISTED IN THE WARPIN DATABASE.

I noticed I did a regression on the basicyel1-0-1.wpi uploaded to Hobbes.  I have corrected my mistake and uploaded the corrected version.  I don't know how I mixed up the older open folder icons with the ones I finally settled on.
