:Was going to dual boot Windows 11 and ArcaOS 5.1 and was able to install everything and it 'works', but ArcaOS only sees 860MB of memory even though 16GB is installed. No amount of BIOS tweaking would change that.

General Comments

Dual boot Windows 11 and ArcaOS 5.1 and was able to install everything and it 'works', but ArcaOS only sees 860MB of memory even though 16GB is installed. No amount of BIOS tweaking would change that.
