To better position their products with higher specifications, first-tier motherboard makers Asustek Computer and Gigabyte Technology have chosen to update their latest 850E-based boards to support the USB 2.0 standard by using an extra USB IC and adopting Intel's ICH4 south bridge chip, respectively.
